It like the ocean, so I wanted a wedding somewhere that I could feel a sense of the sea.
I heard that the theme of the ruffles in the wedding dress I wore was that of waves so, though I had tried on numerous dresses to that point, I decided on this dress immediately. Because it came with a veil that covered the back, I was also able to change the look between the wedding and reception with a single dress by simply adding and taking off the veil.
The photograph of the cocktail dress in the catalog impressed me very much, so I’d been interested in that one for a long time.
You could feel the attention to detail in the accessories, such as the choker, and in the design around the wrists. Friends who attended my wedding were quite surprised at how beautiful the design of the back was as well.

My first visit to Hisako Takayama’s was from your store being an affiliate to the place we were having our wedding ceremony, and my eyes were completely fascinated by the beauty of dresses the moment I entered the store.
I was told I could try on the dress I liked most, so I tried on a wedding dress.
I was looking for one that was simple and classic but had originality, a good feeling of quality, and was comfortable and felt soft to the skin, and I thought, “This is that dress!”
There really exists a dress of destiny.
Unfortunately, however, we chose another place to hold the ceremony and I thought that it might not be possible for me to wear a Hisako Takayama dress.
I visited a number of dress shops after that, but could not find one that answered my dream, and I couldn’t get that Hisako Takayama dress out of my head.
My fiance´ then supported my feelings, “You’ll regret it if you don’t wear the dress that you really want to wear,” and so, though I was asking for the impossible, I was given the opportunity.
Hisako and Ms. Sugimoto considered my situation, and the chance they given became the treasure of my life. Thank you very much.
I was able to wear the dress that I loved on that day, a day enveloped in a great deal of blessings, so I was really happy.
I received a lot of compliments from many people, but especially because the hair stylist and the staff of the ceremony hall asked many times, “Who made your dress?” and also offered compliments like “It’s really a fantastic dress,” I was as happy as if I had made myself. I hope many women can experience that kind of feeling.
Because it’s a once in a lifetime thing, I don’t think you should compromise in your choice of a wedding dress.
